What We Do
Our approach at Sanga Retreats is a gentle one. We will teach you techniques and tools to calm the system, release built up stress and emotion, and restore balance. You will learn how to become more aware of the subtle signals the body is sending, and to cultivate patience and acceptance to where your body is currently at. Enjoy opening and stretching the body while lengthening and building muscles.
Special attention and alternative poses for any who are dealing with injuries or limited mobility.
