A heavenly retreat on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, our property was designed and built using sustainable materials with a clean, tropical décor. Playa Cielo provides its guests total privacy amongst four acres of lush gardens. It is a true oasis right in the heart of Santa Teresa. You are walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.
Playa Cielo incorporates four deluxe beachfront ecologically built villas; three studio type villas and one family villa with two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All villas have air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, wall mounted cable TV, an incredible open air shower, and an outdoor chill-out area with hammocks, sofas, table and chairs.
Our studio type villas each include an orthopedic California king size bed, a desk, a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa which opens to two single narrow beds suitable for children under 12 years old.

Our family villa includes two bedrooms, each with its orthopedic California king size bed, bathroom and open air shower. The villa also incorporates a spacious living room and a full kitchen. The living room sofa opens to a double bed.

The grounds include a chemical free swimming pool, beachfront restaurant, beachfront spa gazebo and children’s playground, all of which are steps away from year-round world-class surf.
Eco-built
When designing and building Playa Cielo, we believed it was important to consider the imprint we leave and the effects we have on our environment and planet. We have worked with Nudura (www.nudura.com) in building the villas as well as using only cultivated acacia, teak and cedar woods.
