Docelunas Hotel Restaurant & Spa

Most of Jaco´s hotels and visitor’s huddle around the beach and bars, but ¨Twelve Moons¨ has a radically different holistic atmosphere across the highway.
With a mountainous green backdrop, this choice hotel spreads out across 5 acres. Paintings (for sale) decorate the spacious teak furniture-filled rooms, and large bathrooms have showers, bathtubs, and double sinks.
Yoga Classes are given daily in a hilltop hard-wood floor room with windows for walls.
The full service spa uses the hotel’s own homemade beauty products and open air restaurant ($$-$$$) serves up creative seafood, meat, vegetarian, and vegan dishes that change weekly. A lovely sun mosaic decorates the large pool with a waterfall flowing into it.
Each Sunday residents arrive to the Movie Night.

On coastal highway, coming from San José, pass the first entrances to Jaco take road on left with sings for Docelunas to the end (if you reach the gas station on the right, next to the last entrance to jaco you passed it)
