Our 2 bdrm/2 bath beach house is ideal for the active family looking for adventure off the grid in unspoiled tropical wilderness. Scarlet Macaws, toucans, monkeys and sloths are commonly seen from the lanai and adventure is just outside. Great right hand point waves when the swell is on, or adrenaline pumping adventures offered through Everyday Adventures when it's flat.
The Sueno Verde Property is so special because it's the most kid-friendly property on the point with ping-pong, horse shoes, giant swing, zip-line and half-pipe.
We are 50 meters from world-class surf.
Enjoy the property and area!! It's incredible. We are on-property if you need anything. Otherwise, you have your privacy.

The house has 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms! Ideal for active families. Located in front of Matapalo's world-class point break. The most kid-friendly property on the point w/ping-pong, giant swing, horse shoes, and zipline. Come enjoy it!
