Playa Negra Guesthouse

Playa Negra Guesthouse is a small sea side hotel located on the southern Caribbean coast, one kilometre from the centre Cahuita. We offer a secure environment, upper scale accommodations consisting of two brightly coloured Caribbean style cottages, two double rooms and one single room. Our rooms are decorated with taste using hand crafted furnishings and artwork collected from around the world. The guest rooms and cottages have their own private terrace facing lush, tropical gardens. We are located in front of Black Beach yet only a short walk to Cahuita centre and the entrance to Cahuita National Park.
Only recently opened, we have already gained the reputation as the best inn/guesthouse in Cahuita. We offer quality accommodations, beautiful and tranquil gardens and meticulously clean and well maintained rooms and grounds, all at reasonable, competitive rates.
There are activities for all ages including snorkelling, swimming, fishing, sunbathing, surfing, hiking along the trails of Cahuita National Park or just lazing around the pool, beach or on the terrace of your guest room or cottage. Guests have reported sightings from their terrace or from the swimming pool of toucans, iguanas, sloths, monkeys and parrots, all of which are transient residents at Playa Negra Guesthouse.
